Enjoy our gorgeous lake-view home that will leave you absolutely blown away. The house is turn-key modern and finished with high-end appliances, furniture, and more. It is an excellent location to get away from the stresses of daily life. The front porch is a wonderful place to relax, listen to music, enjoy the company of others, and take in the views of the lake. The separate bunk house is PERFECT for kids of any age (or even adults too!). The bunk house has 4 beds (two queens and two singles) and one bathroom with an attached outdoor shower for seasonal use. In total the property includes 9 beds and 4 bathrooms. There is also an included office space to catch up on any important emails (we advise you ignore these while at the lake though). 

This property is just minutes from downtown Bemus Point, Long Point State Park, the city of Jamestown, and so much more. Lake Chautauqua truly is the ideal location for all lake/boating activities. With our property, there is lake access with a community beach open to all just feet from the house. 

This truly is a serene location for all seasons throughout the year (close to snow mobile trails and ski resorts) and we hope you consider staying with us sometime soon!
